Branches is distributed through the App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app. What follows is the short version.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use Branches on devices you own or control. The app itself and its design remain mine. What you write in it is yours.
What you can’t do
Redistribute it, resell it, or pull it apart to rebuild it as something else.
Tips
Tips are optional, voluntary in-app purchases. They unlock nothing and are not refundable through the developer; refund requests go to Apple, under Apple’s own policy.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. Your entries live only on your device, so keep your device backed up, or use Keep a copy now and then, if they matter to you. Branches is a journal, not a health or medical service.
Changes
These terms may change with a new version of the app. The current version always lives at this address.
